Content: This session will consider the latest round of UK CRS/airline negotiations and their likely impact on travel programmes as well as what’s ahead with potential EU CRS deregulation and what that could mean to you, the corporate buyer.

Speaker Biography: In 1994 the Business Travel Coalition (BTC) was formed to represent a corporate buying group to bring transparency to industry and government policies and practices so that customers could influence issues of strategic importance to their corporations.

As BTC Chairman, Mitchell writes and speaks on airline competition, passenger issues and aviation system security and frequently testifies before the U.S. Congress and various other governmental bodies in the U.S. and Europe. Mitchell has addressed numerous industry audiences in Europe and organized / sponsored EU CRS deregulation conferences in Brussels in 2005 and 2006.
