On September 20 in Brussels, the International Airline Passengers’ Association and Business Travel Coalition will conduct a CRS Customer Leadership Hearing to communicate to the European Commission and EU Parliament the concerns of the customer of the air transportation system regarding deregulation of the computer reservation system industry in Europe.
